Rochester Night Out is a evening of family fun and community awareness. The evening features entertainment from many of the community's talents youth as well as resources for parents, youth and families. We also showcase our finest first responders. Join the planning team and be a part of making Night Out the best night out of the year.
Teen Night

Looking for something to do on a Saturday night? Rochester Teen Nights are just the thing. Teen Nights are an outlet for safe, substance free fun for youth ages 12 - 17. The evenings will be filled with gym use, recreational activities, hands on creative opportunities and more. It’s really up to you. There is no cost for attending and all are welcome.

A panel of experts including youth will be sharing the realities of what is happening with Rochester youth around alcohol and drug use, bullying, mental wellness and relationships. The 2011 Youth Risk Behavior Survey data will be shared to show what is happening with Rochester youth.

A record number of teens turned out for this month's Teen Night event organized by Bridging the Gaps Coalition, the city's Recreation Department, and the Rochester Police Department, with a total of 175 youths participating in the evening's activities.

Three local businesses are working to help local youths stay drug and alcohol free this week, teaming up with Bridging the Gaps Coalition, a drug prevention organization in the city, and Spaulding High School in honor of Red Ribbon Week.
